THE RESTAURANT NAME
The restaurant has been operational since October 1997. However, it was only in December
2002 that the establishment has formally launched having the said trade name CARLOISE RESTO-CAFE (taken from the kids' names;
CARL,CiscO, and FrancoISE Zayas Brok). Since
then, the resto has been gaining popularity; thus far, bringing out positive image of what the municipality of Jasaan could
offer. Carloise continuously envisions to make Jasaan the Halo-halo and Pizza Capital in the province and even to the region.
